Adobe reader is a free application that will allow a user to read any document created with Adobe. Our newsletter was created in Microsoft Publisher. A user would need to have Publisher installed on the computer used to see this site in order to read the newsletter. Converting the document to the Adobe format allows all users the ability to read a wide variety of documents, without having to have the software that created them.
